3. Adopt a photoelectric eye automatic detection and tracking counting system.

4. Compatible with multiple specifications and sizes, easy to adjust, and can achieve quick conversion.

5. The conveyor can be quickly disassembled, installed, cleaned, and the belt can be replaced.

6. According to customer requirements, it can be equipped with windproof and protective covers, with easy operation and beautiful appearance.

7. Can be linked with other production line equipment such as bottle lines, filling machines, box packers, labelers, inkjet printers, three-dimensional packaging machines, and box sealers for collaborative production.

8. Can design various automatic feeders and material handling systems according to packaging requirements.

9. The main body is made of 304 stainless steel, the conveyor is surface-treated with 6061, and other parts should effectively prevent deformation and corrosion. The equipment surface and operating area have no sharp corners, no burrs at corners, no gaps or dead corners that can leak, easy to clean, and ensure operational safety.

10. The surface exposed on the equipment has a roughness of ≤0.8 μm, and there are no hygiene dead corners.

11. The whole machine welding adopts fully automatic welding technology, and the pipeline adopts the full automatic welding process of single-side welding without filler and double-side forming. Full welding is used for all welding.

12. After welding, both the inner and outer surfaces are passivated and polished, and the surface roughness of the outer surface is ≤0.8 μm.
