NBR-80 Fully Automatic Boxing Machine

This machine is a new product developed by our company, with a wide range of applications, high efficiency, stable operation, and the ability to be used for multiple purposes. It is suitable for packaging pharmaceuticals, food, and cosmetics. The performance characteristics are as follows:

It can automatically complete the processes of paper box forming, opening, (automatically folding and hanging hooks as per customer requirements), product boxing, and sealing.

The machine adopts PLC control, with photoelectric monitoring of various actions. In case of abnormalities during operation, it can automatically stop and display the reasons for timely troubleshooting.

The internal frame is equipped with the main drive motor and clutch-brake, and the machine board has torque overload protectors for various transmission systems. In the case of overload, the main drive motor can disengage from various transmission parts, ensuring the safety of the entire machine.

The machine is equipped with an intelligent detection device. It automatically does not feed boxes in the absence of materials, facilitating seamless operation with upstream equipment.

The machine can be used independently or linked with other equipment to form a complete production line.

It can be adjusted and debugged easily to meet different user requirements, allowing for the production of large quantities of a single variety and small quantities of multiple varieties.

The equipment has product counting and operating speed display functions.

The box body is made of 304 stainless steel, suitable for CMP requirements, with a stainless steel outer casing.

It comes with spare parts, accessories, and special tools, the quantity of which is provided in the packing list.
